The CAO Profile Online Series
11/30/2023 - 1/31/2024

Event Description
A conversation of what it takes to be an effective CAO

The professional background of CAOs does not guarantee success in their leadership role. The need for CAO leadership competency insights is critical for succession planning and successful tenures. This is why OMAA developed the CAO Profile and these accompanying sessions. These interactive sessions will feature one aspiring CAO and one experienced CAO (Guests) in a guided conversation on one of the five leadership capabilities.  Participants will be able to tune in and use the chat to determine how the specific competency cluster impacts me and what do I need to improve to be more effective.

Cost
OMAA Members: Free
Non-Members: $20/session or $99.00 for the entire series (6)
