Join us for an engaging and interactive session where you will have the opportunity to share experiences with peers and explore practical solutions to common challenges faced when managing direct reports. This session will not be recorded and is only available to OMAA members. Format:

3, Breakout groups will be utilized (depending on numbers) so that people can share their experiences more readily.
