Volunteer Fire Fighters working in Public Works


Does anyone have a policy on VFF response when they are working in a Public Works Department. The issue is in some cicumstances if they are flagging or doing something that is legislatively required in Public Works they can't leave however sometimes if the task they are doing allows they are able to respond. Looking for policies that address some of these things.
