The Fall Workshop offers social events and an exciting evening of activities on Wednesday, a jam-packed Thursday capped off with a village pub crawl, before concluding with can't miss sessions on Friday morning.
This year's keynote speaker, Tim Arnold, will help us unleash the superpower of "both/and" thinking in an "either/or" world. The author of the bestselling books Lead with AND: The Secret to Resilience and Results in a Polarized World, and The Power of Healthy Tension: Overcoming Chronic Issues and Conflicting Values, Tim will provide powerful tools to understand and breakthrough the chronic issues facing municipal leaders in your professional and personal lives.
